Hot Tub Terms & Conditions

Hot Tub Booking Terms and conditions

We encourage you to read the terms and conditions of booking thoroughly before placing your booking.

 

Cancellation/amendment policy:

Cancellation fees still apply in the event of illness (including COVID), travel disruption or any other circumstance. We recommend travel insurance to all our customers to be able to assist with fees reimbursement in these circumstances.

Cancellations/amendments within 24 hours of scheduled booking date and time: 

There is no refund for cancellations within this period. Your booking is also unable to be amended or transferred to a new date or time.

Cancellations/amendments outside of 24 hours of scheduled booking date and time: 

A 10% cancellation fee applies for cancellations during this period. You are able to change your scheduled date and time once free of charge during this period. Please note if you move your booking to a future date/time your cancellation policy still applies from the original date an time booked.
 

Discount Codes:

Must be applied at the time of booking. Any codes applied after booking is made will be subject to a 10% administration fee of the discount amount. Discount codes will not be applied after booking has been made if your session is scheduled within the next 24 hours.

 

Minimum 2 people required:

Due to Health & Safety requirements, we require a minimum of 2 people for hot tub sessions. We are unable to accept bookings of 1 person. Should you check in for your hot tub as 1 person, your booking will not be honoured and normal cancellation fees will apply.
