Offer available for online bookings only. Valid for private hot tub sessions at Driftaway Queenstown. Promo code LOCAL35 must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. Offer valid for bookings made and used between 01/05/2026 and 30/06/2026.
Subject to availability. Offer valid for Queenstown locals only. Proof of a Queenstown residential address is required upon check-in at Driftaway Queenstown. Accepted forms of proof include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or valid photo ID showing a Queenstown address. Offer valid for new bookings only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Driftaway Queenstown reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

Cancellation/amendment policy:
Cancellation fees still apply in the event of illness (including COVID), travel disruption or any other circumstance. We recommend travel insurance to all our customers to be able to assist with fees reimbursement in these circumstances.
Cancellations/amendments within 24 hours of scheduled booking date and time:
There is no refund for cancellations within this period. Your booking is also unable to be amended or transferred to a new date or time.
Cancellations/amendments outside of 24 hours of scheduled booking date and time:
A 10% cancellation fee applies for cancellations during this period. You are able to change your scheduled date and time once free of charge during this period. Please note if you move your booking to a future date/time your cancellation policy still applies from the original date an time booked.
Discount Codes:
Must be applied at the time of booking. Any codes applied after booking is made will be subject to a 10% administration fee of the discount amount. Discount codes will not be applied after booking has been made if your session is scheduled within the next 24 hours.
Minimum 2 adults required- maximum of 4 people:
Due to Health & Safety requirements, we require a minimum of 2 Adults for hot tub sessions. We are unable to accept bookings of 1 adult or 1 adult and 1 child. Should you arrive for your hot tub as 1 person, your booking will not be honoured and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Our hot tubs are suitable for 4 people maximum. Should you arrive with more than 4 people for your hot tub- the extra people will not be admitted.
